We now know that manmade pollutants are moved around the planet on air and water currents, in vessels, in products and in all species.

Over four decades ago scientists went to the artic looking for an unpolluted reference site, instead they found the artic to be a global sink for pollutants.

Backyard Action
Avoid Plastics Whenever possible reduce or avoid using plastics; don't microwaving food in plastic containers; keep plastics out of your childrens mouth; and reduce plastics in childrens play areas.
