If you are concerned about some issue affecting your local stream or you are worried about impacts on fish habitat, your voice matters! Letters to the editor of a daily newspaper or to your local community newspaper are widely read.
Letters to the editor should:
- be short and to the point
- named or titled appropriately
- identify the article/letter you are responding to
- Make your most important points first
- Finish with your name and phone number
